How to Purchase our Services As consultants, we work for you, our individual customer, on an hourly basis. Our Consulting Rate is $200.00 USD per hour, accumulated and billed by the 1/4 hour. All taxes are included in our rate. Package Preparation provides you with a complete and organized package to submit to the US Coast Guard. Pre-Evaluation requires an extensive initial interview by your evaluator, and review of your supporting documentation. Pre-Evaluation usually takes about 1 hour, depending on your individual situation, qualifications, and goals. Includes preparing your package for submission to the Coast Guard. We accept cash, check, money order, Visa or Master Card (to pay via credit card, please call us). We can not be responsible for cash sent through the mail.
